Academic Programs

Students’ individual academic needs are met through different levels of learning. From the skill building opportunities of Strategies for Academic Success (SAS) to Advanced Placement (AP) Courses, each student is placed within a learning environment that suits her interests, abilities, and goals.

Prep

Courses that target the development of college preparatory skills and mastery of core curricular content.

Regular

Courses that challenge the college bound student.

Accelerated

Courses that target students with high interest, motivation, and ability in a particular area.

Advanced Placement

College-level courses are offered in a variety of subjects. Students are expected to take the AP exam at the end of the course, and if the student is successful, they may earn college credit.

Dual and Concurrent Enrollment

Through dual and concurrent enrollment, students have the option of attending courses at local colleges or on-site for which they will receive dual credit for both Resurrection and the college.

Strategies for Academic Success (SAS)

The SAS program provides additional academic support and skill development for students. Through small classes and individualized instruction, students improve their listening, study, and organizational skills in the areas of language and math.
