In order to tryout for any sports at Resurrection High School, you must have an updated sports physical on file in the athletic office. A sports physical must be updated each year.
Every athlete must have a 2011-2012 parent permission form and an updated medical form on file in the Athletic Director's office prior to any participation in try-outs and/or open gyms. All athletic forms can be obtained here or in the main office. |
