Guidance

Our students individual counselors provide academic, social and emotional support. The Guidance Department's resource room houses a wide range of college, university, military, and career catalogs and brochures. Counselors help both students and parents with the college application process and provide information on scholarships and financial aid.  Special evening sessions are held for parents of students who are engaged in the college selection process.

Advisement

In addition to a guidance counselor, each student is assigned an advisor during her four-years at Resurrection.

The Advisement program provides students with an extra layer of adult support from an advisor who:

• Works with the student and her parents to develop a four-year plan of study
• Meets with the student during scheduled advisement days throughout the school year
• Provides ongoing support though all four years of school
• Offers college and career planning information.
