Introducing our 2019 Charity & Truth Award Recipient - Mariana Wrzosek


Mariana Wrzosek, the Regional Director of Community Health Integration for Presence Resurrection Medical Center has been selected to be the recipient of Resurrection College Prep High School’s Charity and Truth Award.  Wrzosek was selected because of her contributions to community health and her involvement with Resurrection College Prep working with the school’s Practicum Program, Health Careers and Scrubs club and as an instructor for the Health Science, Integration and Exploration Course.    She previously worked as the Community Health Needs Assessment Coordinator and as a nursing administrator at Presence Resurrection Medical Center.

Mariana holds degrees in Nursing and Psychology from Loyola University Chicago and a master's degree in Public Health from Benedictine University. She has a long career of working in the hospital and health care industry and is skilled in nonprofit administration, clinical research, community health, and strategic planning. Since 2013, Mariana has also served as an adjunct instructor in the Masters of Public Health Program at Benedictine University.


The Charity & Truth Award recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to Resurrection College Prep High School through their generosity of time, talent, and treasure. We look forward to honoring Mariana and all of our award recipients at the Gala on February 23, 2019.
