Shipping & Handling

Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. We attempt to ship all in-stock products within 3 days of order. 

 

Shipping Methods.

Merchandise will be shipped only using the United States Postal Service.

 

Damaged Shipments.

Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the postal service. If any items are missing or damaged, be sure to note this with the postal service. We are not responsible for damage caused by the United States Postal Service.

 

Returns

Incorrect Size Choice.

If the item that you purchased is not correct in size, contact our Customer Service Department. We will exchange your product for the correct size or offer you a comparable item in the correct size if the original item is no longer available. Refunds will not be issued.

 

Defects.

If a product appears to have a defect, contact our Customer Service Department. Do not return products to us without first calling to receive instructions. 

Once a return is authorized, you should: 1. Return the item to the address given to you by our Customer Service Department. 2. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns should be shipped via the United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.). We cannot be held liable for returned merchandise that does not reach us. We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item. Refunds will not be issued on items. A comparable item will be sent to you.

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all shipping charges with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.

 

Errors & Omissions

Although we make every effort to make sure all information on the Bandit Boutique website is correct, it is possible, on occasion, to encounter an error in pricing or description. We reserve the right to correct the error without any further obligation other than to offer the customer the option of canceling the order and providing a full refund.
