Resurrection enters partnership with new food service provider, Country House Kitchen Company

Dear Resurrection parents,

I am excited to announce, we have entered into a new partnership with Country House Kitchen Company as our food service provider. Country House will be in our cafeteria to serve our students starting on Monday, May 2, 2022.

As referenced in the attached letter, Country House’s goal is simple; people leaving the cafeteria should be happy and well fed. A local, family-owned business, Country House is committed to providing the highest quality, freshest, homemade food in a family environment with affordable prices.

Country House will use Mealtime, like Quest, as their point of sale system for all purchases in the cafeteria. Students and/or parents can continue to fund accounts with a credit card. Country House will also allow students to use cash or bring in a check (made payable to Country House) that they can present at the registers in the cafeteria.

Country House values your feedback, and I encourage you to email them at countryhouse@reshs.org after they’ve begun serving out students. Please see the attached letter from Country House Kitchen Company.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me (rpiwowarski@reshs.org/773-775-6616 x.130). I look forward to this new partnership.

In De La Salle,

Dr. Rick Piwowarski
