Coffee with the Principal Kicks-off on September 12, 2024
This year, Dr. Matson is launching her new "Coffee with the Principal" series, an initiative designed to bring parents and school leadership together in a relaxed, informal setting. This series reflects Dr. Matson's commitment to fostering open communication between the administration and our school community. It’s an opportunity for parents to share their thoughts, ask questions, and provide valuable feedback on how the school year is progressing.
The first "Coffee with the Principal" will take place on Thursday, September 12, at 7:30 a.m. in our Mission & Ministry room. By hosting these events early in the day, Dr. Matson hopes to accommodate the busy schedules of our parents, making it easier for them to participate in this important dialogue.
These gatherings will benefit our community in several ways. First and foremost, they create a direct line of communication between parents and the administration, ensuring that concerns and suggestions are heard and addressed promptly. This open exchange of ideas helps to build trust and strengthens the partnership between the school and families. Additionally, these events offer a chance for parents to connect, share experiences, and build a stronger sense of community.
Dr. Matson believes that by listening to parents and understanding their perspectives, the school can continue to grow and improve, ensuring that every student has the best possible experience. We encourage all parents to take advantage of this opportunity to be heard and to help shape the future of our school.
Each gathering is limited to just 15 participants, so be sure to register early to save your spot! If you can’t make it or this session fills up, no worries—there will be more opportunities throughout the school year. We look forward to seeing you at the first "Coffee with the Principal" on September 12!
