RESpresso Update: Student-Led Project in Full Swing Ahead of Grand Opening!

Excitement is brewing at Resurrection College Prep as RESpresso, our coffee shop, moves closer to its grand opening on October 20! Over the past few weeks, our talented students have been hard at work, bringing creativity and energy to all aspects of the project.

Students from the Graphic Design and Intro to Business classes have been leading the charge in promoting RESpresso. They've been busy creating eye-catching advertisements and fun, engaging commercials to build excitement across social media. Their goal? To spread the word and get everyone ready for the big launch! With each post, the anticipation grows as the school community catches glimpses of what’s to come.

Thanks to our Intro to Business students, RESpresso's seating area is also coming together. They took the lead in selecting the furniture, making sure the space feels inviting and comfortable for students to gather. The first pieces have started to arrive and are being built, transforming the area into a cozy, modern spot for study sessions, group projects, or just catching up with friends.

The much-anticipated espresso machine has arrived and is being installed this week! With that, our students have also been hard at work reviewing the menu. They’ve offered input and suggestions to make sure RESpresso serves a variety of options that cater to everyone’s taste. They’ve gone the extra mile by selecting, designing, and naming both our signature drink and our first seasonal drink, which will be revealed soon. 

While coffee will be the star, RESpresso promises to be much more than your average coffee shop. The menu will feature a range of delicious offerings, including smoothies, refreshers, acai bowls, salads, wraps, and more! Whether you’re looking for a quick snack, a refreshing drink, or something to fuel your afternoon, RESpresso will have you covered.
