Mark your calendars for Friday, December 12, 2025, for a very special evening at Resurrection College Prep. Our first-ever Celebration of Academic Excellence & Scholar Recognition will shine a spotlight on the remarkable achievements, creativity, and leadership of our students.
This event honors some of our top academic performers, including AP Scholars, Illinois State Scholars, De La Salle Scholars, and College Board National Recognition Program Scholars, along with students demonstrating excellence in innovation, the arts, and leadership. It’s a night that truly reflects the brilliance of our RES community.
Evening Highlights:
The night offers a variety of experiences for families, who are welcome to attend all or select portions of the event:

5:30–6:00 p.m., Fine Arts Showcase & Gallery Walk: Explore stunning artwork, design projects, and visual creations from our talented Fine Arts students.

6:15–7:00 p.m., Student Recognition Ceremony: Celebrate students recognized for outstanding academic achievement and leadership.

7:00–7:20 p.m., Theatre Arts Exhibition: Enjoy performances that highlight the creativity and talent of our students.

7:20–8:00 p.m., Entrepreneurial Showcase: Shark Tank: Witness innovative student-developed products, prototypes, and business concepts.

8:00–8:30 p.m., Practicum: Innovative Expo: Experience the ingenuity of RES students as they share their practicum projects.

8:00–8:30 p.m., Reception: Wrap up the evening with refreshments and fellowship.
Families are encouraged to RSVP to help us ensure there are enough refreshments for everyone.
This celebration is more than an awards night—it’s a showcase of the talent, dedication, and leadership that make Resurrection College Prep such a vibrant learning community. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
