Spring 2026 Parent–Teacher Conferences

Spring 2026 Parent–Teacher Conferences

Parent–Teacher Conferences are an important opportunity for families and teachers to connect about student progress, growth, and goals.

Parent–Teacher Conferences are an important opportunity for families and teachers to connect about student progress, growth, and goals. This spring, Resurrection College Prep will host Spring 2026 Parent–Teacher Conferences in a fully virtual format, offering families greater flexibility while continuing the meaningful conversations that support student success.

Conferences will take place on Friday, March 13, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. There will be no school for students that day.

The virtual format was chosen to make participation easier for families. By meeting online, parents and guardians can connect with multiple teachers efficiently, eliminate travel time, and schedule meetings in a way that works best for their day. The school will also be gathering participation data and feedback following conferences to evaluate whether this format should continue in future years.

Parent–Teacher Conferences are valuable for every student, not only when there are concerns. These meetings provide an opportunity to celebrate a student’s strengths, gain insight into her learning habits, clarify expectations for the remainder of the semester, and ask questions about academic planning or enrichment opportunities. Teachers and counselors look forward to connecting with families and sharing how students are growing both academically and personally.

Students are also encouraged to attend conferences alongside their parents or guardians. Hearing feedback directly from teachers promotes accountability, builds confidence, and reinforces self-advocacy. It also allows students to ask questions and better understand their goals as the semester continues. At Resurrection, students grow most when they are active participants in their own learning journey.

Families who would like to participate should schedule their conference appointments online. The deadline to register is Wednesday, March 11 at 7:00 p.m.

To register, parents should visit https://pickatime.com/resurrection and sign in using their email address. New users will be prompted to create a free account by entering their name and password. Once signed in, select “2026 Spring (Virtual) Conferences,” add your student by entering her name and birthdate, and choose the teachers you would like to meet with. Available time slots will appear as selectable squares, and appointments can be booked by clicking on a time and confirming the meeting.

Parents can schedule meetings with teachers, counselors, and select student support staff. Once appointments are scheduled, a printable schedule is available within the platform. If changes are needed, appointments can be edited or canceled through the “My Appointments” section.

If multiple parents or guardians would like to meet with teachers separately, arrangements can be made by contacting the school’s Director of Technology.

Scheduling assistance is available for any families who need help navigating the platform. Questions can be directed to the Technology Office at it@reshs.org.

Resurrection College Prep looks forward to welcoming families online on March 13 for conversations that celebrate progress, clarify goals, and continue building a strong partnership between home and school.
