Bandits Bowling Starts the Season Strong

The Resurrection Bowling teams kicked off the 2025-2026 season with impressive performances, showing talent, teamwork, and determination.

The Resurrection Bowling teams kicked off the 2025-2026 season with impressive performances, showing talent, teamwork, and determination. Both our JV and Varsity teams had reasons to celebrate after a busy and successful first week of competition.

JV Team Highlights
Roxy DiBartolo led the way for the JV team, placing 6th overall individually at the JV Tournament with an average score of 139.6. She also earned a special recognition for having the highest score in the morning session, rolling a 209. The JV squad finished 4th overall out of a competitive 13-team field, a strong start to their season.

Varsity Team Highlights
The Varsity team also had an outstanding week. They opened their season with GCAC conference wins against Loyola and DePaul College Prep, along with a non-conference win over New Trier. The team capped the week by earning 2nd place at the Fremd Invitational at Arlington Lanes, competing against 20 teams.

Individual standouts for the Varsity team included Allison Dolatowski, who placed 5th overall with an average of 177.3 over six games, and Kaitlyn Osborn, who finished 10th overall with a six-game average of 168.8.

The Varsity team, made up of Kaitlyn Osborn, Amanda Taylor, Allison Dolatowski, Anna Oliveri, Megan Jaimes, and Mallory Kottke, showed great teamwork and determination throughout the week.

Congratulations to all the Bandits bowlers on a fantastic start to the season. With performances like these, this season promises to be full of excitement and success.
