Tennis

Tennis at Resurrection College Prep offers high school girls a unique blend of individual challenge and team spirit. As a lifelong sport, tennis promotes physical fitness, mental focus, and strategic thinking. Whether competing in singles or doubles, Resurrection athletes learn the value of discipline, patience, and perseverance—key skills that benefit them far beyond the court.

Tennis also builds self-confidence and independence. Each match requires players to adapt, problem-solve, and stay composed under pressure. At the same time, team practices and competitions foster camaraderie, leadership, and mutual support among players.

At Resurrection, our tennis program encourages growth at every level, from beginners developing their game to experienced players pushing for personal bests. Through tennis, girls not only sharpen their athletic skills but also discover their inner strength and resilience. It's a sport that empowers them to take initiative, embrace challenges, and represent their school with pride and determination.
