Spring Craft Fair

Open to the public - 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

All proceeds from the Craft Fair support the advancement of all-girls Catholic education.
We have been blessed to welcome in 2000+ people at our holiday show including current families, alumnae, faculty and staff and community members and hope to have another great turnout as the spring show returns!
The application will be sent to our 2025 previous holiday show crafter and vendors through email on November 18, 2025.
If there are open booths after January 5, 2026 we begin contacting our waiting list from the holiday show. If you would like to be added to the waiting list, please email Ms. Peyton LaValley at plavalley@reshs.org with your name, what you will be selling and how many booth space(s) you will be needing. If you are a new crafter/vendor in the Spring show, that does not mean you get your space in the holiday 2026 show next November, you will be only be given that space if the person doesn't return.

 

Booth Prices:

  • Craft Space ONLY (no table) - $60.00
  • Craft Space and Table (tables are 8' x 2.5' in halls, 9' x 3' in cafeteria) - $75.00
  • Craft Space with Electricity* - $75.00
  • Craft Space, table and electricity* - $85.00
  • Vendor Space ONLY (no table) - $90.00
  • Vendor Space and Table (tables are 8' x 2.5' in halls) - $105.00
  • Vendor Space and electricity* - $105.00
  • Vendor Space, table and electricity* - $115.00
  • Early Set Up - $20 (enter at 7:15 AM)

 

Booth Information:

  • Every booth in our show is 10 feet long by 6 feet out from the wall/lockers/booth behind you.
  • A crafter makes their own items.
  • A vendor sells for a company like Pampered Chef, Renewal by Anderson, etc.
