Every year, the Resurrection community honors the strength, guidance and love of our grandparents with a heartwarming Grandparents Dinner. More than 500 grandparents, grandparent figures and granddaughters gather here at Resurrection for an event dedicated to treasuring this family connection. A ticket must be purchased for each RES student and grandparent attending.
Donations and Volunteers Needed
As we prepare for this year's gathering, we kindly seek your support in the form of donations for beverages. We are in need of assorted soft drinks and cases of water to ensure a wonderful experience for all attendees. Your donations can be dropped off at the school's Main Office between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. by Friday, September 8th. While any variety of soft drinks is appreciated, favorites often include cola, diet cola, and 7-Up/Sprite. Last year, the generosity was so great, we were able to use the beverage donations at multiple fundraising events throughout the year making a lasting difference in the lives of the young women of today and the future generations of young women of Resurrection who are yet to come. We are also in need of a handful of volunteers to assist us in check-in, dinner service and clean-up.
